From spring cleaning to pressure washing tips, Authority Home Services has had the backs of homeowners in need of home services throughout Washtenaw County and beyond. This year we remembered window cleaning history and its necessity since the invention of glass and window mass-production, the importance of cleaning drains, ovens, and fridges to prevent bacteria buildup and damage to appliances, and expected trends for the niche cleaning industry in 2022. 2023 Trends
The future for home services continues to trend similar to 2022, with costs remaining high largely due to inflation and labor shortages despite high demand. Increasing trends of Google searches for home services area good measure for the growing demand, with low interest rates in 2021 and 2022 encouraging renters to become first-time homeowners. Those needing help with cleanup and minor repairs around the house will be on the hunt for good, trustworthy home service providers in the new year and beyond. Even the most adept do-it-yourselfers cannot do everything, so home services are needed to fill in the gaps and help with previous DIY burnout from the motivated weekend warriors of the pandemic. Busy professionals simply don’t have time, and aging adults don’t have the energy for projects – with many working two or more jobs to make ends meet in challenging times, it’s important to have a company you can trust to help around the house.
